100 Books For Pre-Schoolers

My sister is an Elementary Education major and trying to finish her degree. Everytime I talk to her I realize there are so many things I could be doing to help prepare my little boy for school and stimulate his mind and creativity. I want him to succeed and a great way to start is by reading to him.

I went to my local library and found one of the best reading lists I've ever seen. It was called, "100 Books Every Child Should Hear Before Starting School" - thank you!! I am attaching a pdf file of the list to this article and you can print it out and put it on your child's corkboard at home, or on your fridge. Each time you read them a book on the list, you can mark it off or put a sticker next to the book. Hopefully this can help your child get excited about reading and learning! Enjoy!
